Munca pentru angajare.

Am citit un articol interesant despre noile modalitati de angajare care se prefigureaza la orizont. Tind sa dau dreptate scriitorului articolului insa adaug si eu ceva, si anume ca respectiva strategie explicata in articol se (va) aplica inclusiv la colaboratori nepermanenti sau companii de servicii cu valoare adaugata care doresc sa castige un proiect/pitch/licitatie. Articolul se gaseste aici iar mai jos un scurt citat.
